Mobile App Workshop: Sustainable Living Lab, Singapore
Sustainable Living Lab, Singapore, conducted a Mobile App Workshop on 23 April 2016 to go through the basics of MIT App Inventor, Arduino, and IoT. Participants then will apply learnt skills to create their own mobile apps during the final local workshop in May.
The lab was full with approximately 25 participants, all eager to discover and learn more about app-making skills!
This Challenge is part of the mYouth project, a multi-national project which aims to advance the mobile learning educational model to make education more accessible.
Winners of this Challenge will join representatives from 10 countries for a fully sponsored trip to Macedonia to attend an advanced Android App workshop (June 20 – July 14, 2016), and gain a chance to compete for the World Summit Youth Award!
The workshop has been a great experience for all the participants in learning new skills. Congratulations, everyone!
